Testimonials - Coastwide Hot Water

Coastwide Hot Water replaced our old gas hot water tank with a heat pump. Byron is responsive, meticulous, and takes his time to get everything right. We’re very happy with the result, and wouldn’t hesitate to ask Byron to help us with any future need.

I had an issue with my solar hot water system chewing too much power which was leading me to consider installing a battery. 2 plumbers and 1 sparky later I call Byron at Coastwide hot water. He was around my place in half hour and gave me an honest opinion of all my options to fix the issue. Most don’t do that. Most want to upsell you something you don’t need. People like this a rare. That’s why I’ll use him again and again.

I just had a Reclaim hot water system intstalled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were quick, efficient and really well priced. Will definitely use again!

When our hot water system broke, Byron went out of his way to get us back up and running with a new system as soon as he could. Coastwide are great guys to deal with, with high quality installation, attention to detail and great communication. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing hot water services on the Coast.

Absolutly brilliant! I have no hesitation recommending Coastwide Hot Water. They came out on a Sunday Morning and replaced my dead hot wayer system with a new one. They made a base to sit the tank on, so it wouldn’t rust from the ground, (like The old tank did). I found them Proffessional, experienced, friendly and respectful. I felt I could trust and rely on Byron. I am really pleased I used these guys.
